What You'll Do/Need

A Product Manager is responsible for developing and driving part of our online mortgage experience for a specific market segment. We’re looking for a talented and passionate team member who will own innovation and improve client experience. If you have a proven track record of finding a better way to guide people through dynamic, customized experiences across devices, we want to talk to you.  




  • Provide leadership on an overall client/business experience vision and apply it to user flow, experience, and applications (web and mobile)
  • Obtain a deep understanding of our client types and their online behaviors, and find new opportunities to improve their experience with Quicken Loans
  • Be the subject matter expert of your segment and how it interacts with surrounding processes, tools, and systems
  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing QL’s competition and creating detailed action plans
  • Direct the product roadmap, thinking three to twelve months in advance
  • Collaborate with other teams to conceive, develop, and execute end-client features
  • Utilize metrics data and user research to drive priorities and decisions
  • Work with engineering and product design on rapid prototyping and validation of MVP
  • Work with internal training teams to ensure smooth internal rollout of product enhancements  


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, computer science, information management systems or a closely related field
  • Prior experience in product management for web and mobile products
